EXPRESSION OF INTEREST(EOI)

Purchase of land in the district of Moka/Plaine Wilhems

1. The Medical Council of Mauritius invites expression of interest for the purchase of a plot of land of a minimum of 1.5 acres (150 perches) for the construction of its administrative building.
2. Proposals in a sealed envelope, mentioning “land in the district of Moka/Plaine Wilhems” clearly written on the envelope should be submitted to the Medical Council of Mauritius at its registered address: Administrative Officer, One Way Floréal Road, Cite Mangalkhan, FLOREAL, by 30 August 2024 at 15:30 hours at latest.

3. Specificities of the proposed plot of land are as follows:-

1. The land must not be within the buffer zone of any poultry pen.
2. The land must not be in a flood-prone or low-lying area.
3. The land must not be mortgaged.
4. The land must be easily accessible by vehicles.
5. The land must be close to public transport facilities
6. Access to the site should be cleared of obstacles (if any).
7. All utility facilities such as Central Electricity Board, Central Water Authority and Mauritius Telecom must be accessible.

Note:

A copy of the title deed, sworn land surveyor’s plan, and location plan should be submitted

Proposals submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
